FS 2002 Aircraft file of the Boeing Vertol CH-47 Chinook registration number D-667 of the Royal Netherlands Airforce. As it flies with
298 squadron based at Soesterberg air-base in the Netherlands, this particular Aircraft was painted with symbols resembling NATO at first
EFOR (Extraction force) while operating from Petrovac airfied near Skopje in Macedonia in 1999 and later AFOR (Albania Force), operating from
Farke helo-field in Albania 1999. This helicopter was together with 3 others used to evacuate refugees from the Kosovo border to refugee kamps
in the safer Southern regions and deliver humanitarian aid (food,water tents) to the kamps. Another main task of the chinooks there was 24
hour Medical Evacuation.
Installation:
Just unzip the whole directory "CH47_Chinook_D-667" and copy it into the "Aircraft" directory of your FS2002. Choose the helicopter from
your aircraft (boeing) list in FS2002 and enjoy flying!
